Self confidence

Hello everyone !!
We all like to listen stories and real life experiences which helps us to understand the concept clearly and keep in mind for substantial  time. So let's start with our day to day life experiences. One of the important event in our life is our interview rather ,the first interview.
We will take two examples of the two candidates who are approaching for their first interview. First one who is confident and appear for interview  confidently and wished  the full interview panel as if he got that job.  Then the second candidate who is not so confident and also not given appropriate answer to the panel and also not gurantee to get that job  so leave the room with a pale face.
Here we get  difference between the people who have good level of self confidence and who have the moderate or low level of self confidence.
Everyone  has his own  experiences during the life span, some of them are for our encouragement but some of  may
loose our confidence. We can also called it as positive and negative experiences of our lives which cannot be avoided and  one should also not avoid them, because we learn from it some or the other things. So one should gain his confidence by hard work because, in this world no one will help you till you take some  efforts for your own development.
Self confidence is necessary in each field of our life. It gives us inspiration for future life.  We can take right decisions of our own life, only due to self confidence and  inner motivation.
At the initial stage we may not able to gain confidence at our own and it is our need to gain it from the external environment. After some period of time we can do it at our own, but it needs continuous practice of it without fail. So it will be very easy for us to understand the concept we have discussed just here at above with the help of following simple day to day life experiences. There are some tips to gain our self confidence at our own. So will discuss them with the help of following points:-
1) Talk with your peer group and discuss about some topics with them and express your feelings and thoughts about various things whichever come into your mind.
2) Try to communicate with group of people at various social settings.
Here we can take an example of general population, if there is a social gathering or family friends gathering, one should be interactive in such a social meets. These social interactions will help you to improve your self confidence. It will be more helpful to you to interact with your peer group.if you continue practicing without fail and it will also gain your confidence of your complete personality.
So here we know that every thing or every first experience is new start when we just begin it in a real sense. It is considered as our starting point. Our approach towards that experience matters a lot. Because it can be called as one of its kind of test for ourselves and our  future life.
