Mental Health And Well being



          To experience consistent better mental health, engage yourself in never ending self- improvement.
          To begin with, mental health means our emotional, psychological and social well-being. In simple words, we can call it as our overall feelings towards each and  every thing. It includes our approach towards the complete world.
            Maintaining mental health equally with our physical well-being is a crucial task. Many a times, we neglect our emotions and psychological well-being. Engage ourselves in physical and artificial things instead of emotions. But it's time to look within yourself.
          Cultivating our mental health includes being with positive, motivating thoughts and surroundings. As we know mental health is such a vast topic and is being studied from earlier days but not as a part of everyone's life. We can easily note that, somewhere there is a stigma about such topics in the society. So people do not open up completely about what they are experiencing right now.
           To have stable and good mental health means having positivity in each and every thing. One should try to get habituated with it gradually. Basic mental health problems or issues are disterbed mood, distress, stress, low motivation or lack of it, low level of positivity etc.
         So there are many ways to cheer up ourselves. One can be with good people, read something new and positive which gives you energy with positivity.
           One can get effective positive results  of expressing our thoughts with friends or close ones. One can also gain confidence by carrying small kind of activities liked by him.
          In past few months, all of us going through a pandemic period. Due to Covid- 19, number of people get disturbed mentally because of some or the other reasons. Although they are getting the family time, they felt alone. Having much free time, they are victim of depression, anxiety etc. Because they were not used to such family time. They showed it some time, through their silent behaviour and self- centerenedness.
          Good mental health is a continuous process not a single destination.
