Usually, one tries to go away from our self thoughts and self self company. But it is actually too much harmful for our mental health and emotional stability.
When we are in various types of group of people, we feel relax and enthusiastic. This happens due to we forget our fears, thoughts, tensions and anxiety for a while. One tries to enjoy each and every moment of the life.
On the contrary when we are alone we feel lonely, depressed. This occurs because we don't have habit of self help, self valuations and time only for self. Many a times normal people also have some fear about loneliness and the recurrent thoughts of such topics.
One should spend specific amount of time with our quality thoughts. When we recognize our feelings properly, it helps us to understand other' feelings accurately. We should allot time for our thoughts and expressions, skills through which we express ourselves very well. I here mention that allot the time because otherwise we observe that we give time to each and every person, thing, event or even to small or less important things but not to ourselves and which is very harmful to our own self.
When we give time to ourselves, we do self assessment automatically with our ideal and standards. This time contributes a lot to our life to reconnect with our inner and actual self. The process teaches us and also helps to find out our "Real Me".
