Psychology Today

          First of all, now a days we are going through various situations due to this corona pandemic condition. So our today's psychology has changed a lot.

          From last year , only a small and invisible virus took a dangerous place in everyone's life and mind. This pandemic situation taught us many things about our personal physical and mental health as well as our social health. Usually we take physical health seriously but not the mental health. As this time also, people focused on their physical health by keeping regular check on their diet and exercise. But what about our mental health ? Are we really fit and fine by our mental health as physical one...?

            As increasing number and intensity of corona news also reflects through our increasing anxiety and on the other hand depression also. As doctors are playing a great role in saving lives of people who are loosing their lives. Mental health professionals such as psychiatrist, psychologists, counsellors are also giving the valuable contribution in this difficult situation.

         I know, it is difficult to keep calm in these days and in such situations. But practicing to give response instead of reaction can help us to get rid of depression, anxiety and all such kind of fears and other things.
