On the occasion of world mental health day, I am publishing this article to everyone who have good mental health and also addressing the people who are taking professional mental health help. The theme of the year is access to services mental health in catastrophes and emergencies.
In everyday life, we face many challenges, but in
emergency situations we need more emotional support than ordinary or regular
day to day life situations.
Counsellors and psychologists should be appointed in
hospitals and various health care centers. The situations of burn out should be
handled in proper way and on the emergency basis.
Access to mental health services are often disrupted
due to damaged facilities, staff shortages and surging demand. There is no
instant services available so burn out happens.
To avoid burn out, one should take help of
professionals on the regular basis. The burn out is a state of physical,
emotional and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress, overwork and lack of
balance in life.
