Magic of Habbits

             Magical habits are intentional practices that infuse everyday life with wonder and positivity, promoting creativity, mindfulness, personal and worthy growth.

                Inculcating good habits in ourselves is a long process. Motivation is that what get you start. Habit is what keeps you going. Motivation is basic of inculcating and keep going with habits. Habit is a pattern we follow to achieve our goal. Habits make our path easily visible. Habit is a platform where one can develop oneself towards a great extent. Inculcating habit is not a goal, it’s a process. Developing positive or good habits help to promote regularity and stability and leads to more predictable and stable routine.

                When we put the time and effort into establishing new habits, we open up world of opportunity for ourselves. We will have more time on our hands to do what we enjoy, be more productive at work, accomplish a number of goals which are set by us and much important for us. We also gain different level of confidence in our personality as an effect of the habits on ourselves.

                Our habits shapes us. Good habits can make us productive, bad habits can be harmful for us which wont let us to achieve anything in our life. Everyone of us want to lead a smooth life that can be achieved with the efforts of good habits. Each person has their own enjoyment but the ultimate fun of tracking our habits is where we cross check our progress, the changes through different metrics.

                Many a times, we are very lazy to get out of our comfort zone. We overestimate or underestimate our energy which can be used in much positive way. Many a times we feel that when we achieve big things then only it is visible but that’s not the fact. If we change a small thing or habit in ourselves it creates much bigger difference with its consistency…

                   When we attempt to do a new task, it takes a lot of our attention and thus it requires a lot of brain power. Every time we repeat that task, our brain tries to optimize the process. If that task is repeated enough time, brain will create a fixed optimize algorithm to perform that task to that it doesn’t need to spend more energy in thinking.

                    Willpower is one of the important factor which also lead to persue a positive habit. Designing personalized habits need to study first about the personality traits of every single person particularly one at a time. While developing habits one has to choose it wisely and should always stay positive while inculcating those in our personality.

                    Many times we think that when we want to change our life, we need to change much and think big for that. But there is one another way discovered to get change in our personality and our complete lifestyle. Everyone of us has a variety of habits, some of them are good and bad for personal mental and physical health. When we want to inculcate some or the other habit in ourselves, we need to break it down in some small pieces. It has also one scientific reason behind that, which is real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decision taken in a right pathway.

            Finally, we spend time working hard to establish the good habits that we have decided till now.

Self - Talk

                Everyone of us need a place to express and explain our feelings in one of other way. Sometimes we have someone to talk and rely upon about certain discussions. But sometimes, we did not get that company at earliest and urgently we want. So we have to create our own company with ourselves. 

             Self talk is one of the great ways to have a company with self. Self talk is really very important from the aspect of stable and wealthy mental health.

             Self talk also can act as a therapy if we use it in a proper therapeutic way. One cam analyze own thoughts and then come to the conclusion with the help of self talk.

            Self talk should always be positive but it cannot get executed due to some or the  other reasons. Self talk also contains positive affirmations to our own self.

            Positive self talk makes a person feel good about themselves. It can encourage and motivate a person to keep going, look on the "bright side". It is one of the type of intrapersonal communication. It means conversation with oneself. Self talk helps in problems solving, reasoning, planning, motivation and attention.

            The way that you feel you treat yourself, talk to yourself, you have to made yourself  can impact your overall mental health. It also help us as coping strategy and a stress buster too. It is effective stress management tool which helps to correct negative thoughts too.

Leadership - Be a Leader

         Leadership is an art that requires a delicate balance of vision, communication and resilience. It also requires art to connect, collect and preserve relationships of people. 

         Leadership is multifaceted ,which also involves empathy and innovation. Leadership comes from various experiences and it grows slowly and steadily.

         Leadership is more than just a daring. It is a responsibility of leader to guide, inspire and drive a positive change in group of people. The leader's approach should be wide while taking any type of decision.

         Effective Leadership is a dynamic and evolving practice, requiring a  blend of vision, humanity, adaptability, inclusiveness and transformational capabilities. As we draw inspiration from the diverse leadership styles shown by  influential figures, it becomes clear that leadership is a journey of continuous growth and learning. By adapting such principles, one can shape leadership in himself. 

        Transformational leadership is known as ideal type of leadership which defines  the leadership approach that causes change in individual and social systems also. In its ideal form, it creates a valuable and positive change in the followers with the end goal of developing followers into leaders.

         Sometimes leadership is a personality type of the people. It should be converted into style and trait of the personality.

Empathy : A Creative Exploration


                Communication is a key to understand each other in a better way. It should consist of appropriate feelings and emotions at the proper time and intensity. Much or less, both Communications can be harmful and may destroy relationships for entire life. 

                Empathy is to understand other's feeling and from which circumstances a person is going through, what and how many hurdles he has faced and in which critical situations. Because everyone of us has a story of struggle of life. Each one's struggle story is different and so intensity and frequency also differs automatically. But still one should respect everyone's life experiences. 

                When we look at people with empathy, one can able to learn many more things from their life journey. It is said that if we meet and communicate with more and more people, means we are living n number of various lives in our one life. Human beings or any living beings live a life for one time. He has given that only one golden opportunity but if we develop empathy within us , connect either people to communicate with them in a better way and help them to get rid of or come out of their problems or at least give them firm support and stand for them. It will be a great empathetic help which can't be compare to any other experience of life.

               While showing empathy towards others, involvement with a safe distance is also very important factor. It should have a personal and professional touch too. It means the person should feel you close but you should not get hurt or get too much emotional because of them. The process is to understand the person, the situation, the circumstances and help them to make themselves better to handle situation at their own.
